I work asynchronously, with written updates, and take on a small number of clients at a time. I will agree the work and timing with you before anything starts.
Content-making is the proof. The first job is the test.

My recommendation if you want one account looked after. Twelve posts a month, usually three a week, with planning, captions, scheduling and publishing. I check comments and messages on three weekdays each week, within the agreed boundaries, and send a monthly async note.

What is not included
Paid advertising, ad setup or media spend; filming or location shoots; bespoke UGC production; customer service, sales conversations or crisis moderation; websites, email marketing or SEO; influencer outreach; extra platforms, posts, rush work or revision rounds; guaranteed followers, reach, engagement, leads or sales.
If you need UGC production, I quote it separately under my existing creation and usage terms. UGC creator rates and licensing.
Questions people ask first
Have you managed someone else’s social media before?
My portfolio shows content I have made, and my own account shows my publishing activity. I’m not presenting that as a client-account management track record. The 7-Day Social Reset is a small, paid way to see how I plan and prepare posts before you decide on ongoing management.
You have a day job. How does this work?
I work asynchronously, with written updates, around my University of Leeds job. I take on a limited number of clients and will agree the scope and timing with you before work begins. I have not confirmed a regular reply window yet, so I won’t promise one here.
How quickly will I get the review or first posts?
The review is sent within five working days after I receive a complete handle and business context. For the Reset, the first plan is due within five working days after payment, completed intake, assets and account access. The seven-day activity period starts after you approve the plan.
What does it cost?
The free review costs nothing. The first paid job and each monthly package are priced in writing before you agree to anything, and I will never start work or bill before you have said yes to the price.
Were the brands in your portfolio paid jobs?
The labels tell you what the evidence shows. Some posts are marked as ads or gifted; a label does not prove a contract or payment. I don’t describe these as client-account results.
Will this bring me more customers?
I can plan and prepare the agreed content, publish it where the package includes publishing, and monitor routine comments within the agreed limits. I can’t promise followers, reach, engagement, leads or sales.
Do you do paid ads?
No. Paid advertising, campaign setup and media spend are outside these packages.
Do I have to give you my password?
The free review needs no access. Monthly management and the Reset do require account access. I’ll confirm the access method before work starts; never send a password by email.
