The video plays on TikTok, on my own account, where the captions and the sound are the original ones.
How I made it
The opening frames the product as one she does not want to gatekeep, which sets a friendly, recommending tone before any detail. Spoken product information sits between the actions rather than in one block at the start.
The sequence then shows the whole routine in order: opening, pouring, filling, mixing and drinking. A small on-screen label names the product, and the camera stays on Liv in the kitchen throughout.
What happens, and when
- 0:00 Product introduction. Liv introduces the electrolytes and what is in them, with “free soul electrolytes” on screen.
- 0:17 Opening the sachet. The sachet is torn open on camera.
- 0:24 Into the bottle. The powder goes into a white drinks bottle.
- 0:28 Adding water. Water is poured in from a clear bottle.
- 0:36 Mixing. Liv talks about mixing it through, then puts the lid on and shakes it.
- 0:53 Closing thoughts. A short wrap-up, and a sip from the bottle to finish.
Times are checked against the video itself, not guessed. They match the original post on TikTok.
