Press kit
Two kits in one. Brands looking for creator-led product content will want the UGC section. Venues, publishers and PR teams will want the journal section. Either way, the contact form is the quickest way to start.
Creator-led product content, scoped for the way you plan to use it.
Olivia Taylor-Goy creates TikTok and Reels-style product videos and photography for brands that need clear, natural-feeling creative for organic channels or agreed paid activity.
Brands featured in the portfolio include Gymshark, Braun, Free Soul, Allure Jewellery, Skin + Me and more.
Tell me the deliverables, channels and intended usage, and I will quote the creation and licence separately.

Choose how the content will be used
Usage is licensed to match your intended channels and term. Please select or describe your plan so the quote reflects the permission you actually need.
- Organic brand channels
- Posting the final content on the brand’s own non-paid social channels. For the quote: Which channels, and whether the content will appear on any partner, retailer or agency account.
- Paid advertising
- Using the content in paid media from brand or approved advertising accounts. For the quote: Platforms, territories, campaign period and whether the creative will be edited, resized or adapted.
- Creator-handle whitelisting
- Running paid ads through Liv’s social handle, subject to written agreement and platform access. For the quote: Platform, ad account, campaign dates, territories and planned ad formats.
- Exclusivity
- A period in which Liv does not create agreed competing-category content. For the quote: Product category, named competitors if relevant, territory and requested term.
- Raw footage
- Unedited source clips supplied for the agreed project. For the quote: Intended use, editing responsibility, channels, term and any paid use.
- Extended or perpetual rights
- Broader or longer-term permissions that must be expressly agreed in writing. For the quote: Exact channels, territory, intended duration, edit and adaptation rights, and whether transfer or sublicensing is requested.
Creation first. usage second
1. Creation fees
Creation fee = making the agreed content. It is the starting point for every quote and is never a buyout of the content.
| Deliverable | Creation fee |
|---|---|
| 1 video | £120 |
| 3 videos | £350 |
| 5 videos | £550 |
| Deliverable | Creation fee |
|---|---|
| 1 photo | £20 |
| 3 photos | £40 |
| 5 photos | £70 |
| Deliverable | Creation fee |
|---|---|
| 1 video + 3 photos, one location | £150 |
| 1 video + 5 photos, two locations | £250 |
| 3 videos + 5 photos | £400 |
The creation fee covers the agreed deliverable and one consolidated round of reasonable editing revisions. It does not include paid media, whitelisting, exclusivity, raw footage or perpetual rights.
2. Usage licences, added to the creation fee
A licence is permission to use the agreed final assets in specified ways. It is separate from the fee for creating them. Each licence is quoted per project and added on top of the creation fee.
| Use | Add to creation fee |
|---|---|
| Brand-owned organic social, 3 months | Included |
| Organic social renewal, each further 3 months | Quoted per project |
Included organic use is three months of non-paid use on the commissioning brand’s owned social channels, for the agreed assets, in the agreed territory. It permits normal, unboosted posting only. Boosted posts, paid placements, creator-handle ads, and any website, marketplace, email, retailer, affiliate, broadcast, print, out-of-home or third-party use are separate licences.
| Licence | 30 days | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paid advertising Boosting, dark posts and any paid distribution from the brand’s accounts. Non-exclusive, limited to the agreed brand, territory, channels and term. | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project |
| Whitelisting (creator-handle ads) Paid ads served through Liv’s own handle. Added to the matching paid advertising licence. Written approval of platform, asset, audience, territory, dates and ad access comes first. | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project |
| Category exclusivity No new UGC for a directly competing brand in one named product category, UK, for the term. Wider territory or more than one category is a bespoke written quote. | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project | Quoted per project |
| Add-on | Add to creation fee |
|---|---|
| Raw footage Delivery of the agreed unedited takes only. It does not widen usage rights, so the right licence is still needed. | Quoted per project |
| Additional revision round Per consolidated round after the included one. A change of concept, script, location, product or deliverable, or a reshoot, is a new scope quoted as a new creation fee. | Quoted per project |
| Perpetual paid-use buyout Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual use of the final agreed asset on the brand’s owned organic and paid digital channels. Excludes whitelisting, raw footage, exclusivity, copyright assignment, transfer to another brand, resale, stock licensing, sublicensing, retailer or affiliate use, broadcast, print and out-of-home. Liv keeps the copyright and may show the work in her portfolio. | Quoted per project |
3. How a quote is put together
- Start with the listed creation fee for the specific assets.
- Add the licence fee or fees you need, each quoted per project.
- Add each distinct add-on separately. An add-on is never included just because another right was bought.
- For a package where every asset has the same rights, the licence is quoted once for the whole package. If only some assets are used, it is quoted for those named assets only, confirmed in writing before work begins.
- The fee is agreed before production. Usage starts on first publication, ends at the agreed term, and is renewed before it expires.
VAT, travel, props, product costs, paid media spend and third-party costs sit outside these tables unless agreed in writing.
Usage starts on first publication and is limited to the agreed asset, brand, channels, territory and term. Paid advertising, creator-handle advertising, exclusivity, raw footage and perpetual rights are separate additions. Final scope and fee are confirmed in writing before production.
What to include in your brief
- Deliverable type and quantity
- Key message, product and any required call to action
- Intended channels: organic, paid advertising and/or creator-handle whitelisting
- Territory and requested usage term
- Whether the brand, an agency, retailers or partners will publish or use the content
- Whether editing, cut-downs, resizing, subtitles, translations or other adaptations are planned
- Whether exclusivity, raw footage or extended or perpetual rights are required
- Existing brand guidelines, mandatory claims and your approval route
- Preferred delivery date, as a request subject to availability and agreed scope
The more complete the intended use, the more accurately the quote can separate content creation from usage permission.
How projects are scoped
- Share the brief and intended usage
- Receive a written scope covering deliverables, creation fee and any usage licence
- Confirm the agreed brief before production
- Review the final delivery against the agreed scope
Any included revision rounds, the feedback window and the treatment of changes outside the agreed brief will be set out in the written scope. Availability and requested delivery timing are confirmed when the project is scoped.
Usage and project questions
Is the content mine once I have paid the creation fee?
The creation fee covers making the agreed content. Permission to use it is set out separately in the written usage licence, including the agreed channels, term, territory and any editing or advertising rights.
Can we post the content on our own social channels?
Yes. Three months of organic use on your own channels is included. Please list every account that will publish the content so it can be confirmed in the scope.
Can we run this as an advert?
Paid use needs to be specified before launch. Include the platforms, territories, campaign term and whether the advert will run from a brand account or through creator-handle whitelisting.
Can our agency, retailer or distributor use the asset too?
Please name every intended user. Agency, partner, retailer, distributor and sublicensing permissions are not assumed and should be written into the scope where required.
Can we edit the video, make cut-downs or translate it?
Describe the intended adaptations in the brief. Editing, resizing, cut-downs, subtitles, translations and new versions should be agreed as part of the relevant scope and licence.
Can we have the raw footage?
Raw footage is a separate request. Its availability and permitted use are confirmed in writing for the project.
Can we stop competitor content?
Exclusivity can be discussed for an agreed category, term and territory. It is not assumed by default.
Can we use it forever?
Perpetual or buyout-style rights are not implied. If they are needed, request them explicitly so the written agreement can define the channels, territory, adaptation rights and any transfer or sublicensing permissions.
When does the usage term begin?
Unless the written agreement says otherwise, it begins on first publication.
Ready to scope your content and usage?
Send the deliverables you need and how you plan to use them. You will receive a quote that separates the cost of creating the content from the permissions required to use it.
Displayed fees relate to content creation as stated. Usage permissions are agreed separately according to intended channels, paid activity, territory and term. Any creator-handle whitelisting, exclusivity, raw footage, adaptations or extended or perpetual rights are subject to written scope and quote.

Who reads it
Mostly women in their twenties and thirties in Leeds, Liverpool and the wider north: people who want an honest steer on a restaurant, a show or a book before they spend their evening on it. The tone is warm, first-person and specific; it is not a deals blog.
What works well here
- Restaurant and bar openings in Leeds, soft launches especially, reviewed honestly and in full.
- Theatre: press tickets for Leeds and Edinburgh Fringe runs. Reviews are independent; a comped ticket never buys a good write-up.
- Books: proofs and ARCs, contemporary and thriller mostly.
- Travel: city breaks, particularly anything reachable on a long weekend from the north.
How it works
- Every gifted, comped or paid piece is labelled at the top of the post. See disclosures.
- Copy approval is not offered: the review is the review. Factual corrections always welcome.
- Turnaround is usually two to three weeks from visit to published post.
- Posts stay up permanently and are shared across Instagram and TikTok.
Assets
- Wordmark: “Liv's Lounge” set in Pinyon Script.
